This position offers you the opportunity to manage your own region, granting you exclusive access to all leads within your area that are delegated by the Sales Director no competition from others. IMAGINE THE EARNING POTENTIAL!!

We're looking for the most driven and ambitious Sales Executives who are eager to earn a significant income and are prepared to work hard to achieve it.

Whether youre an experienced salesperson in the double Glazing industry or someone confident in selling products/services in their homes, we encourage you to apply now! Experience in the windows and doors industry is preferred but not required as full training and support will be provided.

Whats The Work Schedule?

The work schedule is five days a week with some evening and Saturday shifts, to suit client demand and availability. Specific times and dates are arranged with prior notice.

The day to day -

  • Contact and sellto your average of 3 leads daily (40 a month), whilst calling and dealing with existing leads
  • Set Appointments in customer's houseto leads to sell windows and conservatory products.
  • Sales Generation:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential sector
  • Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular contact and follow-up.
  • Product Presentation:Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of their products in people's homes and in showrooms.
  • Needs Assessment:Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Quotation and Negotiation:Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
  • Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

Requirements -

  • Experience:Proven sales experience in home improvements
  • Knowledge:Familiarity with windows and conservatory products and the ability to quickly learn technical details.
  • Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivation:Highly motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Flexibility:Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
