Due to the fast growth of our business, we are recruiting for a full time and permanent FlooringField Sales Representative covering the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area.
The role involvesexpanding ourcustomer base in theareas listed above as well as visiting and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
The successful candidate will manage their diary to maximize the conversion of appointments booked in and convert these into sales whilst at the customers property. You will need to be able to negotiate a suitable finance plan for the customer, that meet both the business and customers needs.
To be considered for this role you will need the following
- Previous experience in the flooring industry desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in the consumer finance industry - desirable but not essential.
- A passion for sales
- Good interpersonal skills
- An ability to work as part of a team but also be able to work independently
- Ability to manage your own diary and appointments
- A natural energy and enthusiasm for selling and results
- A full driving license and access to own vehicle as travel is an integral part of the job
- Be a self-motivated individual
