The job is for a CNC Machinist on a 12-month contract located in Derby.
The position offers a competitive salary along with overtime opportunities.
Candidates must have completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and possess an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
Experience in operating Siemens control systems, as well as 3 and 5-axis grinding, milling, and turning, is preferred.
Previous experience with aerospace components will be considered an advantage.

CNC Machinist - 12-month contract

Salary: Competitive + overtime

Location: Derby

As a CNC Machinist you will be doing:

Operate a variety of Inspection equipment, including machine probing, micrometres, plug gauges.

Interpretation of manufacturing drawings, customer drawings and written specifications.
Assessing quality of components are to specification

Skillet and experience - CNC Machinist

MUST HAVE completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
Siemens control system experience is preferred.
Experience in 3 and 5-axis grinding, milling and turning.
Previous experience with aerospace components would be an advantage.
