Are you a Groundworks Foreman / Manager looking to co-ordinate, manage and oversee bespoke construction projects with full autonomy, training, and lots of routes to progress within the company?

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage the construction site, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety, and maintaining quality workmanship. You will handle the day-to-day operations of groundworks, develop short-term schedules, and ensure work aligns with the master programme. Responsibilities include managing Health and Safety policies, coordinating with the site engineer for accurate line and level setting, ensuring quality control of substructure works, and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS).

The role would suit a Groundworks Foreman / Manager with great communication and organisation skills.

THE ROLE:* Oversee site operations, including subcontractor management, health and safety, and quality of work, ensuring alignment with project schedules.* Manage daily groundworks activities, collaborate with site engineers for timely setting out, and ensure quality control of substructure works.* Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies, document control, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS)
