What You’ll Be Doing:
  • As a Programme Manager, you will take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring contracts run efficiently, safely, and to specification.
  • Leading and supporting teams through the design, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Managing health & safety performance and ensuring all site activities comply with regulations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Overseeing commercial aspects, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven Programme Manager experience in infrastructure delivery, ideally within the water sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and a commitment to best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects or other process driven environments
  • Familiarity with Primavera or Power Project planning tools.
  • Chartered or near-chartered status in a construction-related discipline.
