As part of the Derby Homes team, you'll be contributing to creating beautiful, well-maintained homes for our customers.

Location: Derby, DE24
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £15 per hour
Responsibilities:
Complete painting work for customers homes to a high standard.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and sanding before painting.
Apply primers, paints, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the job.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with the work.
Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Qualifications:
MUST hold NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or City and Guilds in Painting and Decorating.
Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within a residential or domestic setting.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Own transport and a full UK driving license are required.
Additional Information:
The role is based at Derby Homes on London Road, so the ideal candidate must be able to travel to various locations across the Derby area.
A full-time, 37.5-hour work week with a competitive pay rate of £15 per hour.
