• Start Date: Within 1-2 weeks

• Project: Large residential development

• Duration: Ongoing work available for the right candidate

• Pay Rate: Competitive - based on experience

• Must have own brushes and painting tools

• A valid CSCS card is essential

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

• References required from previous painting jobs

• Preparing surfaces (sanding, filling, priming)

• Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces

• Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards

• Working efficiently to meet deadlines

• Adhering to health and safety regulations on site
