Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor
Location: Birmingham/ Coventry/ Manchester with regional travel
Salary: 35,000- 45,000 plus Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced safety professional looking to work for a global, market leading company?
If so, this could be a great opportunity for you! This position is for a leading Engineering and Environmental Consultancy who are looking to recruit a new Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor. This role will work across numerous divisions and will be involved in a variety of projects supporting the different business units.
Responsibilities of the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor will include:
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture across the sites, seeking best practice at every opportunity
- Preparation and review of risk assessments, safe systems of work and other supporting documentation
- Delivery of internal audits, on-site inspections, and reporting on SHEQ performance for business operations, office and field based
- Carrying out inductions, training, and toolbox talks
The successful Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor will have:
- Proven experience in Health and Safety ideally within Construction/ Civil Engineering
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
- The ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation
- Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK Driving License
