- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective training programs in Employability qualifications, Vocational Skills, and Essential Digital Skills.
- Cater to a diverse range of learners from Entry 1 to Level 2, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
- Meet all relevant academic and funding criteria in the provision of high-quality learning experiences.
- Support learners to achieve personal learning goals and progress into employment, further education, or other positive destinations.
- Use your knowledge of the local labour market, sector skills gaps, and employment trends to tailor delivery to meet regional needs.
- Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records to achieve KPIs and meet performance targets.
- Promote and uphold a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to align the provision with organizational goals and funding requirements.
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CTLLS, PTLLS, AET, PGCE).
- Previous experience delivering employability and vocational skills training within the skills sector.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and learner-focused sessions.
- Strong knowledge of the local labour market, sector-specific skills gaps, and training provision landscape.
- Proficiency in IT and digital tools to support teaching and administrative duties.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- A commitment to achieving KPI targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Passionate, dedicated, and ambitious, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on learners’ lives.
- Experience in delivering Essential Digital Skills or similar qualifications.
- Understanding of relevant funding and compliance requirements within the skills sector.
