We are working with an excellent organisation based near Castle Donington to recruit a Credit Controller Lead to come and head up their credit control function. Reporting into the financial director you will be responsible for ensuring credit risk and credit control for the business.

Working in a team of 2, you will be working across larger key accounts in addition to smaller sole trader and limited company accounts. Experience of dealing with both large and smaller clients would be desirable but not essential.

You will also be responsible for a number of other projects across the business including integrating the new system into the credit control department, renewal and review of their credit insurance on a regular basis as well as annual renewals, business partnering and regular meetings with the sales teams to ensure an effective control process is in place.

Applicants will need to be from a strong credit control background ideally with mixture of client base across larger and smaller organisations and be able to show a firm but fair approach to chasing outstanding debt. A clear understanding of credit insurance products and policies and ideally experience of system integration or improvement.
