SF Recruitment are working with a well established business close to central Derby to recruit for a Credit Controller to join their Group Accounts office on a contract basis for 12 months. This role offers a 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm with one hour lunch. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has had exposure to Credit Control, who can hit the ground running. Your duties will be: -Chasing Aftersales debt daily via telephone and email -Managing allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control policy -Sending weekly/monthly statements for allocated debtor accounts -Completing daily cash allocation for allocated sites -Responding to Credit Control mailbox emails received -Preparing and sending site queries to managers -Participating in weekly meetings to discuss debt with management team -Liaising with other departments for additional support chasing debts -Building and maintaining relationships with external customers to aid debt recovery If this role is of interest to you, and you have previous experience within Credit Control please apply now.
