Credit Controller

Castle Donington

Permanent Full-Time

£25,000- £27,000

Eaton Syalon has been engaged to recruit a Credit Controller for our client based in Castle Donington. We are keen to speak to you if you come from a Credit Control, Customer Service or any other client facing background.

If you're someone who's looking to forge a career in Credit Control within a supportive, progressive and fast paced environment, this could be the role for you. This is a hybrid role, reporting directly into the Senior Credit team.

Key duties include:

  • Managing a portfolio of around 150-200 live accounts

  • Management of sales ledger accounts
  • Recording of all communications using a bespoke collections system
  • Weekly collection forecast meetings

  • Risk analysis
  • Regular liaison with sales team
  • Problem solving
  • Bank Reconciliations

  • Working towards and understanding given targets
  • Management of customer credit limits
  • Provide holiday cover for team members
  • Investigated queries and following them through to completion

  • Other duties as requested by line manage

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong IT and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A flexible and well-organised approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Can-do, willing to learn attitude.

  • High level of communication skills and experience of interacting with staff at all levels.
