My client, a not-for-profit organisation, who operate in the medical / healthcare sector, is looking for a mature-minded, self-starter and team player, who is organised and can communicate well.

The post holder will be fully trained and well supported to provide administrative support to the education and membership functions.

Main duties of the role will include;

Manage the processes required with the education programme, including co-ordinating the exchange of relevant information and other communications with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders.

Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, administering various processes along the way.

Respond to general enquiries regarding the education programme where the answer is immediately available and all additional administration support.

Support the Events and Membership Engagement Manager with managing the Membership in-box, acting as the first point of contact for membership enquiries and delivering the highest standard of customer care.

Support the Events and Membership Engagement Manager in administering new applications, checking that all required documents have been submitted, and assisting with upgrades between different membership categories.

Work with the Events and Membership Engagement Manager to ensure membership records in CRM are accurate and up-to-date and comply with good practice in data protection, security of financial data and equal opportunities.

Support the Events and Membership Engagement Manager in managing the financial aspects of the membership journey including (where required) production of invoices, processing payments and identifying and chasing debtors.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the office.

Starting salary is 25K plus benefits.
