Job Description: As a Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Processing orders, forms, and applications.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Meeting performance targets and contributing to team goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
