Duties:
- To maintain sales order updating where required and notifying customer of any delivery date/quantity changes.
- Completing electronic downloading of purchase/forecast orders where applicable and as necessary including customer, downloads, MRP Interface and exception reporting.
- Ensuring manual purchase orders are loaded
- Populating customer progressing sheet.
- Addressing invoice queries.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of Customer Service with Supply Chain.
- Well organised and able to multitask.
- Must possess drive and determination to succeed.
- A working knowledge with a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and customer liaison skills.
