- Handle customer requests (account setup, order entry, and queries) with internal coordination.
- Process payments, reconcile banking, and manage credit notes and logs.
- Resolve customer issues, escalating or referring when needed.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and systems.
- Identify and refer sales opportunities, informing customers of new products.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs.
- Meet KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Conduct secure transactions and assist with accurate stock counts.
