We’re on the lookout for friendly and reliable Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Derby on a short-term contract (3–4 months).
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to incoming phone calls and text messages
- Following the customer journey and keeping them fully up to date
- Liaising with the scheduling team to ensure all customer needs are met
- Ensuring excellent communication and a positive customer experience at every touchpoint
What we’re looking for:
- Great communicator with a warm, professional manner
- Comfortable handling calls and texts with confidence
- Organised, proactive, and a team player
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not essential
Requirements
- GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Must live in a commutable distance of DE21
