About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their operations team. This critical role involves working closely with external suppliers, managers, operatives and customers to ensure the efficient scheduling of work.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver the highest standards of service, meeting performance and regulatory requirements while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to lead process improvements, enhance scheduling efficiencies, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team of colleagues.
  • Ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient work schedule for both planned and reactive tasks.
  • Maximise resource utilisation and productivity.
  • Communicate with customers and field staff to meet SLAs.
  • Support the team in achieving performance targets in line with company objectives.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide meaningful data insights to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the team through changes and contribute to the development of planning and scheduling processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
