About the Role

As a member of the Permits Team, you will be at the forefront of planning and scheduling critical activities that keep our services running efficiently. Your work will involve coordinating with local councils to manage permits, liaising with customers to address their needs, and maintaining precise documentation to meet both organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Schedule and coordinate activities related to the issuance and management of permits.
  • Communicate with local councils to ensure all necessary permissions and approvals are secured in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide updates on schedules and services.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflows.
