Annie A Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Administrator for a Manufacturing company in Derby.
Working in a team of 3 you will have your own ledger of customers where you will be responsible for dealing with queries in relation to orders and deliveries, ensuring stock levels are consistent and maintaining the in-house management system and allocating payments.
This is a temporary to permanent role, so ideally applicants will be on short notice periods or immediately available.
Duties include:
- Processing orders on our in-house management system
- Liaising with customer’s regarding deliveries and scheduling of orders
- Updating customer stock sheets
- Arranging call off’s from stock
- Communicating with Account managers
- General filing within the department
Person Specification:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Numeracy skills essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player to cover and assist other account executives
- Able to follow instruction and processes
- Computer literate and good experience in Excel
Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with Free Parking on site and offering a salary between £23,000 - £24,000
