Customer Service – Spares, Monday to Friday £20-25k depending on experience Are you a customer service superstar looking for a fast-paced and dynamic role in a friendly, small company? Join our team as a customer service / spares coordinator and unleash your exceptional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. We're a specialised company with thousands of spare parts and a diverse customer base, offering a unique and exciting opportunity to make a real impact.As the customer service / spares coordinator you will be:
  • Handling between 6-10 daily inbound calls and answering customer emails: Fielding a steady stream of enquiries, resolving issues with a smile and a can-do attitude.
  • Chasing deliveries: Keeping track of orders and ensuring they arrive on time, providing updates and solutions when needed.
  • Providing quotes: Creating accurate and timely quotes for spare parts, helping customers find the perfect replacements.
  • Supporting the warehouse team: Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfilment.
  • Working with Microsoft Dynamics: Utilise industry-leading software to manage customer data, orders, and inventory.
What will the customer service / spares coordinator need to have?
