Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our dynamic team. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed, tracked, and easily accessible. This role is essential in supporting project teams by providing timely access to critical information and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily retrievable.
  • Client Portal Management
  • Accreditation portal management (Constructionline, builders Profile etc.)
  • Tenders administration
  • Social Media administration (TBC Linkedin only)
  • Support on management of subcontract orders
  • Support on management of payments/ orders
  • Submission of client documentation
  • Implement document control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation.
  • Coordinate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders while tracking revisions and updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by compiling necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding document management, primarily ISO9001
  • Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and tools.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
