Cleaner

Staffline recruitment is working alongside a higher education provider based in Derby City Centre for a Cleaner position.

Broomfield College, Morley: 6am start and finish at 10am / 11am / 12am Mon to Fri, whichever works for you. We can offer you up to 30 hours per week.

Roundhouse/Joseph Wright College: Working 06am to 2pm Mon to Fri full time, 37.5 hour per week.

Hourly pay at £11.44 per hour, rising to £12.21 per hour in April 2025.

Your Time at Work

We are looking for cleaners to perform domestic duties, in classrooms, washrooms, offices and foyers, which are essential to contribute towards creating a secure and clean environment for work and study.

These roles are temp to permanent contracts after just 12 weeks, with several benefits for perm employee status. 30 min unpaid break for lunch, all other breaks are paid.

Our Perfect Worker

Experience is essential, and full enhanced DBS security checks are mandatory. Staffline can provide DBS checks which take approx. 3-4 weeks to process.

Site specific training in COSHH and H&S is provided, also training in the use of floor polishers will be given where required. All equipment, PPE and materials are provided.
