About the Role:
Are you passionate about nurturing young children and creating a joyful and loving environment? Career Teachers is looking for a warm and caring Nursery Nurse to join our team in the City of Derby. This is a heartwarming opportunity to support and nurture our youngest learners, helping them to thrive and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide loving and attentive care to nursery-aged children.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Monitor and celebrate children's progress, sharing their achievements with parents and colleagues.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and loved.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's development.
- Participate in nursery activities and events, spreading joy and positivity.
Requirements:
- Experience working with nursery-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting young children's development.
- Relevant qualifications or training in early childhood education (preferred but not essential).
