We are an independent supply agency based in Derby working closely with SEN schools and Alternative provisions. We are currently looking to expand our bank of Behaviour Assistants;
- Working with Secondary aged pupils that have been excluded from mainstream education
- Pupils will display challenging behaviour and are often from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Working with small groups or on a 121 basis
What we need;
- Experience (paid or voluntary), transferable skills or a relevant qualification to work with children and young people
- Confident and able to work with behaviour issues
- Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
- Able to work 8.3-3.30 term time only
- A valid enhanced Child Workforce DBS or the willingness to apply for one
