This role will involve supporting children with challenging behaviour, helping them engage in their learning and develop key social and academic skills.   • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting children with additional needs.
  • A willingness to collaborate with staff and support the development of individual learning plans for students.
  • Experience or relevant training in special education or behaviour management would be beneficial.
