Key Responsibilities:- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.- Assisting with classroom management and student supervision.- Working with small groups or one-to-one with students to enhance learning.- Preparing classroom materials and setting up resources.- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
