About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide loving and tailored support to students in the classroom.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
- Monitor and celebrate student progress, sharing their achievements with teachers and parents.

- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student development.
- Participate in school activities and events, spreading joy and positivity.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student success.
