There are boundless opportunities at this primary school with the opportunity of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Within this role, you will be supporting children with Special Educational Needs so it is essential that you have previous experience supporting with SEND. You will be implementing strategies alongside the children's EHCP's to ensure they hit the right milestone and are continually learning and developing.

Qualifications/Licences/Certifications

  • 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
  • Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools
  • Level 2 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools. (Induction Training for Teaching Assistants & Support Staff).
  • Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Level 3 Certificate Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Previous teaching support experience with children
  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
