Job Title: Planner/Scheduler - Social Housing (Construction & Refurbishment)Location: DerbySalary: Up £29,500 per annum (depending on experience)Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

TSR are currently working with a local Social Housing Contractor looking to add a Planner/Scheduler to their ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise diaries, meetings, and appointments for the team.
  • Track work progress and monitor KPIs to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports for the management team.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide general administrative support across various departments as required.
  • Help coordinate and prioritise tasks to ensure the efficient running of projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with a Social Housing or similar environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar co-ordinating or administrative role is desirable.
