A global manufacturing giant are recruiting an exciting new role for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone and online support for customer’s and technicians who have mechanical / electrical / software difficulties
  • Analyse possible causes of faults using mechanical and electrical documentation
  • Build internal and external customer relationships
  • Diagnose faults and recommend solutions
  • Liaise with group companies on solutions to escalated cases.
  • Assigning and scheduling of technicians

The successful candidate:

  • Experience of diagnosing Electrical & Mechanical faults
  • A relevant apprenticeship will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft programmes

Some travel required.
