Sonic Summary

We are actively seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join a social housing contractor in Derby on a permanent basis.
The role offers a salary range of £40,000 to £42,000 along with benefits such as a van, fuel card, and 29 days of annual leave.
Candidates should have supervising experience in an electrical team, social housing experience, and relevant qualifications including the 18th edition and City and Guilds 2391.
The position involves managing a team of electricians, checking their work, conducting toolbox talks, and providing necessary training.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience as an Electrical QS, Electrical Supervisor, or similar roles looking for career progression opportunities.

We ae actively looking for an Electrical QS to join a social housing contractor on a permanent basis in Derby In return you will receive hybrid working career progression, van and fuel card.

As the Electrical QS, you will be:

Managing a team of electricians completing the works on the domestic properties
Checking the operatives work, conducting tool box talks, managing the KPIS inline with the project requirements
Providing training to the operatives where needed

Experience and qualifications:

Supervising experience across an electrical team
Social housing experience
18th edition
City and Guilds 2391
