Exciting opportunity for someone looking for the next challenge in their career and join a global company who will provide specialised training for you to become a qualified Instrumentation Engineer.

On offer is a varied role where your skillset will be invested in and upskilled until you are an expert in your niche.

The company operate worldwide across a range of sectors within Manufacturing and Engineering, and as a result of their ongoing success, they are continuing to grow their team.

The day to day of this role includes applying and checking various types of instrumentation, including low and high temperature strain gauges, pressure sensors and thermocouples and other related technical tasks. This role includes infrequent national and international travel.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an electrical background, with transferrable experience such as soldering, PCBs and wiring. Experience with Strain Gauges is highly advantageous but not essential.

The role:

  • Trainee Instrumentation Engineer
  • Working from technical drawings
  • Monday - Friday (8am-4pm)
  • Infrequent national and international travel

The person:

  • Electrical background
