A unique opportunity to continue to develop your skills in both has appeared which you will not want to miss out on. As an embedded development engineer for this business, you will be working on industry leading technology in security and access control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Programming in embedded C across the full lifecycle (design, develop, test and debug)
  • Networking for ethernet and the TCP/IP system.
  • Working within a Linux based environment.
  • Act as an expert within the business, providing technical support where required, and technical input for manuals.

Key skills and requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a developer in a similar field.
  • Programming experience in C & C++ with a solid understanding of embedded environments.
  • Analytical, problemsolving engineers with diagnostics skills.
  • PCB design experience with Altium designer
  • FPGA experience would be an advantage.

To be considered for this role you must have right-to-work in the UK. Ideally more on-site would be perfect, however for the right candidate they are happy to offer a hybrid working arrangement.
