Your new companyMy client is an internationally recognised consultancy that has developed a highly experienced team and created a large number of high value projects during their 30+ year tenure. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a focus on technical detailing and building regulations. Your new roleAs an Architectural Technician, you will be required to:

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Ensure all projects comply with building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Provide technical advice to the project team and clients.
  • Attend site meetings and carry out inspections.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
