Your new companyMy client is an internationally recognised consultancy that has developed a highly experienced team and created a large number of high value projects during their 30+ year tenure. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a focus on technical detailing and building regulations. Your new roleAs an Architectural Technician, you will be required to:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Ensure all projects comply with building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Provide technical advice to the project team and clients.
- Attend site meetings and carry out inspections.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
