- Define and agree roadmaps that align business capabilities with technology solutions
- Ensure technology strategy and roadmaps support client business strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive technology-enabled change programmes
- Document and maintain Enterprise Architecture using appropriate tooling
- Provide costed options to address challenges or capability gaps
- Support internal teams in documenting and shaping Enterprise Architecture initiatives
- Provide Enterprise Architecture support to project teams working on client initiatives
- Contribute to IT Strategy definition, ensuring alignment with business strategy areas
- Assist with capacity planning for initiatives based on early triage and indicative sizing
- Support bid teams by providing Enterprise Architecture models
- Lead virtual, cross-functional teams in business-led initiatives
- Ensure strong business partnering with a customer-focused approach
- Proven experience in designing and independently assuring solution completeness
- Experienced understanding of Architecture frameworks (e.g., GDS, TOGAF, NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISF Standard, SABSA)
- Industry experience with understanding of both IT and OT requirements and solutions
- Knowledge of relevant UK standards and regulations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in creating and maintaining architecture models
- Proficiency in architecture tooling and documentation
