Warehouse Account Controller

Role Overview:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations of a warehouse client account, focusing on inventory management, order processing, warehouse coordination, compliance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain records, audits, and cycle counts.
- Order Processing: Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and resolve shipment issues.
- Warehouse Coordination: Manage goods receipt, storage, layout optimisation, and policy enforcement.
- Data Management: Use WMS to track activities, prepare reports, and ensure HMRC compliance.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety checks, train staff, and uphold standards.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and build positive relationships.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse operations and software (WMS, CRM).
- Knowledge of bonded warehouse processes (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office; strong organisational and analytical skills.
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).
