- This position is onsite near Derby, and the salary is competitive, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise.
To be suitable for this role, you will be a proactive team manager. An ITIL accreditation would be nice, however a proactive structured approach to support is more important. You will organise your team to work smart, building problem management and problem solving skills to compliment the current incident capability. Being a good coach who can help engineers develop from 2nd to 3rd line, improving their technical and project skills will be a real plus in this role.
This role is based onsite at our clients office near Derby.
