Join our team as a Field Operative, where you'll travel in your own car to specific homes within a 40-mile radius of Derby (don't worry, you won't be driving 40 miles every day!). Your mission? To encourage residents to take part in an essential survey for the Office of National Statistics (ONS). Your work will have a direct impact on shaping future government policies, making your contributions truly meaningful.
What We Offer:
- Salary & Benefits: £12.40 per hour, plus travel allowance at £0.45 per mile for fuel. Additionally, you'll receive meal vouchers (£5 for shifts over 5 hours, £10 for shifts over 10 hours), as well as maternity and paternity leave, and paid holidays.
- Hours: 20-30 hours per week, flexible between 9:00 am-8:00 pm (Monday to Friday), with potential weekend work
- Duration: 3 months with possible extension
- Flexible hours to fit around your life-perfect for students, caregivers, or those with other commitments
What You'll Need:
- A valid UK driving license, own car, and business car insurance
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills-especially with reluctant participants
- Self-motivation, discipline, and comfort working independently
- Proficiency with a laptop and smartphone
- Willingness to complete a basic DBS check with us (or have one from the last 3 months)
