This is an opportunity to join a team engaged in food processing operations.Key Responsibilities:• Working on the production line, preparing raw meat products.• Adding ingredients, packing, and labelling products.• De-boxing various meat onto tables.• De-bagging meat and placing them into trays.• Lifting boxes from pallets to the de-boxing area (up to 20kg).• Disposing of empty boxes and bags into rubbish skips.• Collecting clean trays from the tray wash area.• Handling heavy lifting tasks as required.• Rotating tasks with the team to ensure efficient operation.• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.• Collaborating effectively in a team environment.Ideal Candidate:• Experience in the food industry, especially with raw meat (pork, beef, poultry), is preferred.• Comfortable working in cold conditions for approximately 9 hours daily.• Physically fit to handle lifting up to 20kg.• Flexible with working hours, as shifts may vary depending on the department.• Teamwork-oriented with a strong work ethic.Benefits:• Ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.• Pension scheme.• Free on-site parking.• Canteen facilities.• Discount on meat products.• Free hot drinks.If you are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, apply now!
