Our growing manufacturing client in Derby are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join their team.   • Complete a range of hands-on manufacturing tasks
  • Read and understand all manufacturing instructions prior to commencing an operation, this includes Engineering Drawings, Ream sheets, Data Cards, etc. 
  • Use appropriate measuring equipment to verify that all components meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Carry out in process inspection in accordance with relevant specifications
Manufacturing Operative Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience carrying out a hands-on manufacturing role (riveting, counter sinking, deburring, linishing, fettling, assembly and fitting etc.)
  • Confident using a range of manufacturing tools such as air grinders, air tools, linishers etc.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
