Assistant Finance Business Partner
Location: Pride Park, Derby (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)Salary: Up to £45,000 + Fully funded study support
Are you a Part-Qualified, Finalist, or Fully Qualified Accountant looking for the next step in your career? This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity to move into a Finance Business Partner/FP&A position, with direct exposure to M&A projects and senior leadership.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with directors and key stakeholders.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Work closely with senior leaders, including the CFO and CEO, on high-profile projects such as M&A activities.
- Part-Qualified, Finalist, or Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing management information.
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience (required).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
- Salary – Up to £45,000, plus fully funded study support.
