Assistant Finance Business Partner

Location: Pride Park, Derby (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)Salary: Up to £45,000 + Fully funded study support

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with directors and key stakeholders.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, including the CFO and CEO, on high-profile projects such as M&A activities.
What We Are Looking For
  • Part-Qualified, Finalist, or Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing management information.
  • Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience (required).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
