• Overseeing and reviewing audit case files to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
• Managing and delivering audit engagements from planning through to completion, working with a variety of clients
• Reviewing audit methodology and processes, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement
• Supporting the training and development of junior auditors, providing coaching and technical guidance
• Identifying efficiencies in audit procedures, recommending changes to enhance quality and accuracy
• Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, developing strong working relationships
• Ensuring all audit assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard

• ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience
• Strong understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in reviewing audit case files and providing quality assurance
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior audit professionals
• A technically strong and detail-focused approach, ensuring high-quality audit delivery
• Excellent communication and client management skills, with a proactive and commercial mindset
• Experience using audit and accounting software, such as CCH, Xero, or similar platforms
