Assistant Finance Business Partner

Location: Pride Park, Derby (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home)Salary: Up to £45,000 + Fully funded study support

Are you a Part Qualified, Finalist, or Fully Qualified Accountant looking for your next step? This newly created role is a great opportunity to move into a pure Finance Business Partner/FP&A position, with exposure to M&A and senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and directors.
  • Provide financial insights to drive decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, including the CFO and CEO.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Actively studying or recently qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and MI.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
