About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of our client’s manufacturing business. This role is pivotal in driving financial efficiency, cost control, and long-term growth.As a key business partner, you will work closely with operations and supply chain teams to enhance profitability, improve margins, and ensure sustainable financial health. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while maintaining strong financial controls. Additionally, you will oversee critical areas such as costing, inventory management, capital investment, and supply chain financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls to drive operational efficiency.
