Are you ACCA / ACA Qualified or similar looking for an autonomous role where you will work on specialist corporate finance projects within a leading and award winning accountancy group who pride themselves on continual development of staff in a role offering the chance to make a direct impact on the ongoing success of the growth of the department and company?

In this varied role you will receive necessary training to upskill yourself in new areas across corporate finance and accounting projects. You will be the go to contact for client support and will have the chance to continually develop to grow a team around you in the future, in addition to undertaking hands on work overseeing bookkeeping, VAT returns etc, as well as playing a key role in departmental strategy and development of the team.

This varied role would suit someone ACCA / ACA Qualified looking for a specialist role within a well-established firm offering the chance to become a leader in a growing department and to work on bespoke corporate finance projects.

The Role:

  • Oversee a varied portfolio of clients
  • Prepare financial statements, VAT returns and provide bookkeeping support
  • Play a key role in departmental strategy and delegate work to junior team members
  • Work on specialist projects across finance
  • Work primarily in office, hybrid role with some client visitation

  • ACCA / ACA Qualified
  • Corporate finance background
  • Commutable to Derby
