- Oversee the full financial management of the region, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Business partner with regional leadership, project managers, and operational teams to provide financial insights and drive commercial decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process for the region.
- Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
- Identify risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Manage financial reporting to PE investors, ensuring transparency and alignment with investment goals.
- Drive process improvements and financial controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a construction, contracting, or infrastructure-related industry.
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting, WIP, and contract accounting.
- Experience in a high-growth, or complex multi-site environment.
- Commercial mindset with a track record of business partnering and adding strategic value.
