As part of its continued growth strategy, they are seeking a commercially astute Regional Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in financial oversight, business partnering, and strategic decision-making across the region.The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing commercial insight, and driving financial performance across multiple projects within the region. This role is a critical business partner to operational teams, ensuring financial discipline, profitability, and compliance with PE investor requirements.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full financial management of the region, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Business partner with regional leadership, project managers, and operational teams to provide financial insights and drive commercial decision-making.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process for the region.
  • Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Manage financial reporting to PE investors, ensuring transparency and alignment with investment goals.
  • Drive process improvements and financial controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a construction, contracting, or infrastructure-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of project-based accounting, WIP, and contract accounting.
  • Experience in a high-growth, or complex multi-site environment.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of business partnering and adding strategic value.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
