A leading mid-market firm in the Midlands providing a full service provision to a varied client base across the Midlands and further afield. The Transaction Services team is relatively small in comparison but is an area of growth through 2025 and beyond.
Description
- undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of the Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness
- representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network
- opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modelling, cash flow management and other M&A work.
Profile
- Recently qualified from practice, ideally with accounting and tax knowledge
- A real interest in TS with an entrepreneurial edge
- Project management skills
Job Offer
- Salary up to £42,000 with an additional 20% bonus
