The Role

As a Paraplanner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed research and preparing bespoke Recommendation and Strategy reports.
  • Ensuring all client communication is clear, concise, and written in Plain English.
  • Collaborating with financial advisers to ensure advice is appropriate, challenging where necessary to maintain client-first standards.
  • Staying up to date with industry regulations and best practices through ongoing training and development.
  • Managing workflows and providing regular updates to advisers to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Contributing to team success by sharing ideas and best practices with colleagues.
