Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate the counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and transport goods across the warehouse and production areas.

• Conduct regular checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
• Support warehouse activities such as stock rotation, inventory checks, packing, and labelling when required.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure operational targets are met on time.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your workspace.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.

What Were Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License Essential for this role.
• Previous experience as a counterbalance forklift driver in a busy warehouse or production setting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills to overcome daily challenges.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

• Own Transport Due to the rural location of the site, having reliable transport is necessary.
